Last month we took a family trip to Michigan and you better believe I went prepared! We arranged to host a memorial service for the people who live up there and have known my dad, and it was SO delightful :)
Sleeping in different beds, having a packed schedule, not knowing what I would be eating every day, and anticipating a possible train ride of emotions, are the main things I thought about when packing for the trip.
Here’s a run-down of my travel stash:
Oils: I bring them for using in my diffuser at night. When I’m in different places it’s nice to keep to my routines in order to have great sleep! Tummygize & Digize are necessities for all the meals on the road!
Perfume oils: I wear them every day not just to smell nice, but they also help to balance my emotions!
Vitamins: when I’m faithful with my vitamin regimen I feel better, so these are must-haves in my bag
CBD balm & roller: it’s been helping my back pain and on a trip, I need all the help I can get!
Makeup: Savvy Minerals alllll the way! Having healthy makeup products that feel light on my skin makes me happy :)
Roller bottles: my favorite way to use oils on the go!
Thieves: hand sanitizer & spray for all the surfaces and hands, lozenges for boosting the immune system!
Ningxia Red: antioxidant wolfberry juice with essential oils that puts a pep in your step and is a great substitute for coffee or energy drinks!
Is it a lot to take? Yes. Too much? For me, no. It’s such a comfort to know that I can stay healthy while traveling!
Since we were gone for a week and drove (instead of having to pack light for flights) we had lots of room to spare :)
What’s something you never travel without?
